Info and Registration Fees

Both registration and abstract submission must be done online from our website using the available form, which can be accessed from the link Registration and Abstract Submission. If you have any difficulties, please contact the Secretariat of the Italian Botanical Society (sbi@unifi.it).
Payment must be made at the time of registration using one of the following methods and indicating your name and “115th SBI Congress":
- online from the Homepage of the SBI website, Payment online,
- bank transfer to our account at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo Filiale terzo settore Toscana Nord, IBAN IT 46 G 03069 09606 100000019636
- transfer to our Bancoposta account of Poste Italiane, IBAN IT 40 D 07601 02800 000 013 803 507
- postal bulletin c/n. 13803507 payable to Società Botanica Italiana, Via G. La Pira 4, 50121 Firenze.

Registration fees
Before May 15, 2020
SBI members who have paid their yearly membership fee € 230.00
Non-members and SBI members who have not paid their yearly membership fee € 300.00
Students, PhD students, post-docs, and research fellows who are SBI members and have paid their yearly membership fee € 100.00
Students, PhD students, post-docs, and research fellows who are not SBI members or have not paid their yearly membership fee € 150.00

Registration for one day only € 100.00

After May 15, 2020
SBI members who have paid their yearly membership fee € 280.00
Non-members and SBI members who have not paid their yearly membership fee € 400.00
Students, PhD students, post-docs, and research fellows who are SBI members and have paid their yearly membership fee € 150.00
Students, PhD students, post-docs, and research fellows who are not SBI members or have not paid their yearly membership fee € 200.00

Registration for one day only € 100.00

Participation in the post-congress Symposium (in Italian) is free for both S.B.I. members and non-members.

The registration fee includes the welcome party, lunches, and coffee breaks.

Social dinner on Sept. 10th costs € 44.00 to be payed with Congress registration fees.
Your reservation for the congress dinner is guaranteed only if paid in advance.
Last-minute booking is possible if places will be available.

For the excursion of Saturday Sept. 12th, payment of the fee (€ 10.00) should be made when registering for the Congress.

In case of non-participation, 70% of the pre-paid registration fees will be refunded, but only if the cancellation is made by August 15, and only if the abstract has not been sent.
