We are pleased to invite you to the international conference Forest Fire Ecology and Restoration Strategies in Mountain Regions, taking place on 22 to 23 October 2026 at NOI Techpark, Bolzano.
The conference brings together researchers, practitioners, and conservation specialists working on wildfire ecology, fire risk management, ecological restoration, and biodiversity conservation in mountain environments. Topics include Alpine fire dynamics, climate change and monitoring technologies, preventive silviculture, post fire restoration ecology, and interactions between fire and invasive alien species.
We warmly encourage you to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation. Please note that submissions must follow the official abstract template available on the conference webpage. Note that participation is free of charge, though registration is mandatory. The registration will be open from 3 August until 10 October 2026.
