The abstract must be prepared in accordance with the rules listed below and then it must be submitted online in the restricted area of the congress web-site which becomes available only after having completed registration.
Registration must be completed before 16 June 2014.
Please note that the closing date for abstract submission will not be extended after registration deadline and abstract will only be accepted if the author has registered and paid before registration deadline.
All accepted abstracts will be included within the Congress Proceedings
Author(s) will be notified if the Scientific Congress Committee selects their poster for an oral presentation.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DETAILS
English is the official language of the Congress
Abstract must be submitted by the presenting author
Abstract should be original work
Abstract must not exceed one A4 page to avoid exclusion of extra pages.
Page margin should be set to 2 cm for all four sides. The spacing will be single and a white-space after punctuation is required. Underlining or italics use is accepted.
No spaces must be left between paragraphs, except between: a) the title and the names / address; b) the names / address and text; c) between the text and references.
In regard of font and type size Times New Roman should be exclusively used. Title (all caps) in 11 points must be preceded by a number indicating the keyword preferred according to the list presented below. Author(s) names must be in small capitals with 11 points whereas addresses must be in 10 points.
Author(s) could include a Figure in the one-page text by sacrificing the space and in this case caption will be in 10 points size.
The references will be listed after the text in 10 point size.

Author(s) should be aware that by submitting their abstract they accept the following terms and conditions:
a) all copyright ownership of their named abstract is transferred to Congress Organization;
b) The author(s) agree(s) to materially confine their presentations to information in the abstract if accepted for presentation. If an author has more than one abstract accepted, each presentation will be materially confined to the information in the abstract selected for the specific session.
c) At least one author will be available to present the abstract if selected for the program. The authors will immediately notify the Congress Secretariat if they are unable to present an abstract or if the presenting author is changed. Please note that each presenter can still only present one oral and one poster. The congress organizers reserve the right to remove a presentation from the program.

POSTER PREPARATION
The posters should have a maximum size of 100 cm high x 70 cm wide. Near the title authors should indicate the same number of keyword used for their abstract.
