Italian Botanical Society Award

The “Italian Botanical Society Award” for the best PhD thesis will be given to students who completed their thesis between 2018 and 2020 on a topic relating to general botany, plant systematics, environmental botany or pharmaceutical botany. The winner will receive a prize of € 500,00. Applicants must be members of the Italian Botanical Society and should send a copy of their thesis (in pdf) to sbi@unifi.it before June 15, 2021. The theses shall be evaluated by the Society’s Directory Board and the prize will be awarded during the General Assembly, which will be held on the second day of the 116° Congress SBI online 2021.
