Info and Registration Fees
Please register to the conference using the Registration menu in the top bar.
Registration Fees cover admission to the scientific program and all meals on February 7th and 8th.
- • Early-bird Registration is now closed (since 30th November 2018)
- • Late Registration - until 31st January 2019 : 250€<
Online registration is now closed due to the high number of attendants, but we can accept 10 additional participants.

Registration fee payment is still possible for those who have already registered
Payment methods:
Once registered and logged in, you will be able to proceed with the payment.
• online payment by credit card (VISA, CB, MASTERCARD) is preferred. Please note that 2.50 % surcharge will be applied by the bank.
Payment will be required during the registration process, so please make sure you have your credit card ready when starting the registration.
In the online payment form, please select iMMM2019 registration from the Type menu and enter iMMM2019 - Your Name as Causal.
The fiscal code is only required for Italian citizens, please enter XXXXXXXX if you do not have one.
In a few cases a message may appear at the end of the online payment procedure stating that the payment could not be 'verified'. This means that the payment was made but the banks for some reason do not communicate with each other. Just wait a few minutes and you should receive a confirmation message by your own bank, confirming that the payment was successful.

The Gala dinner in the evening of Friday 8th is included in the registration fee. Please indicate in the registration form if you plan to attend this dinner.
We have a couple of strict limitations in terms of dinner places (150) and poster boards (50).
For these reasons we will have to close the registrations as soon as these numbers are reached. Acceptance will be on a “first-registered-first-served” basis, so you are warmly invited not to procrastinate your abstract submissions.
No further registration will be accepted online after 31st January 2019.
